Orders to Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi under 1,500,000₫ still ship free and arrive in 2–4 days. Orders placed before 3:00 pm ship the same day, so an overnight order placed before 3:00 pm arrives the next day. Same-day delivery in Da Nang has no cut-off.

How ordering works
- Message us on WhatsApp or Zalo with the products and strengths you want and your delivery address.
- Check the batch. We confirm stock, the batch you will receive and the total, and send the batch certificate (COA) if you ask.
- Delivery. Da Nang orders arrive the same day, with no cut-off. Orders to other cities placed before 3:00 pm ship the same day and then follow the table above.
Common questions
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free everywhere in Vietnam. The only paid option is overnight delivery to Phu Quoc (150,000₫).
What is the minimum order for overnight delivery?
Overnight delivery to Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Phu Quoc is for orders over 1,500,000₫. Below that, your order ships free and takes 2–4 days.
Do you deliver to Hoi An?
Yes. Hoi An orders ship free and usually arrive in 2–4 days. Same-day delivery covers Da Nang city only.
Do peptides need to be shipped cold?
No. Our peptides ship as freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder in sealed vials, which is very stable. For most peptides, short-term exposure up to about 40 °C, such as a few days in a courier van, makes no meaningful difference, so we ship at normal temperature. Heat speeds up degradation gradually rather than ruining a vial at once, but long or extreme heat, like a parked car in direct sun, should still be avoided. Once your order arrives, keep it in the fridge (2–8 °C). Mixed (reconstituted) peptides are far less stable and should always be refrigerated.
Is there a cut-off time?
For shipped orders, yes: 3:00 pm. Orders placed before 3:00 pm go out the same day, so overnight orders arrive the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ship the following day. Same-day delivery in Da Nang has no cut-off.
